Is it possible to change the delivery address for an order that has already been placed?

Once you have finalised and confirmed your order, we will not be able to make changes to the order – this includes the delivery option, delivery address, payment method and product sizes.

For a limited time after your order has been placed and before it is processed at our warehouse, you will be able to cancel the order in your account.

Please check to make sure your delivery address is correct. If any changes are necessary, please edit your address under My Overview in your account before your next order.
